Music means a lot to me. When I was little I loved to sing and listen to musicals, like Elmopalooza. When I got a little older I started ballet. I liked to “move” to the music. Soon, when I saw the Olympics I loved to watch the Ice skaters! When they danced I listened. That probably sounded weird, but after you think about it, it makes sense. Then we moved to Los Angeles again from little Moraga. I was sad because, I lost my grandma and my friends when we moved. Then my parent got me enrolled with a group called LAMAS. It was an after school program. I was enrolled in ballet once more! I also started piano. I love to play it. Then a little while later I went to their summer camp. I was in a play called Alice in Wonderland I was Alice! It was so much fun because I was Alice and I got to sing a solo!!! Later I joined the school choir. It was fun! Towards the end of my 6th grade year I joined the Harmonies. It is great fun!! Now I sing even more than ever! I still think, wow I would have never been here if it weren't for music! That's why music is so special to me. |
